2) What are the available sizes and configurations of the storage units?

We offer a variety of storage unit sizes and configurations. Our available units have floor plans ranging from 14x35 sq. ft. to 15x50 sq. ft. Each unit boasts high 20 ft. ceilings where owners and renters can store their boats, RVs, race cars, vintage cars, boat lifts and much more.

3) Are the storage units customizable?

Yes, our storage units are fully customizable to meet the unique requirements of our customers. Changes must comply with local zoning and permitting regulations. We work closely with owners and renters to design the ideal storage space.

4) What security measures are in place to protect the stored belongings?

Security is a top priority for us. Our facility is equipped with 24/7 security surveillance cameras along with key pin access control systems to ensure the safety of stored belongings.

5) Why own your Storage?

Owning your storage garage is a great investment with potential for future return on your investment through appreciation over time. The investment may offer tax benefits such as depreciation and the ability to deduct mortgage interest. Expenses incurred on improvements can be recaptured at the time of sale. Storage Caves came about through 3 partners, Jim Stepanian, Ray Good, and Tom Daniel. They bring to Lanier Islands extensive knowledge and experience in real estate, storage management and construction to provide consumers a hybrid model to lease or own their storage unit. Our storage condominium business has a successful track record spanning over a decade, and we take pride in serving the storage needs of our satisfied customers.

The facility is brand new, and enhancements and refinements will be undertaken as necessary. We value input from proprietors and occupants and are open to their suggestions. Our aim is to deliver an exceptional experience to our clientele, and regularly invest in facility upgrades, technology and improvements to ensure that our storage condominiums meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Certainly, you can work on your vehicle or use the unit as a workshop as long as it doesn't break company agreement or disrupt neighboring units.

23) Can I get mail at my unit?

No, you may not receive mail at your unit.

24) Will there be a condominium association?

Yes, there is a condominium association that oversees shared facilities and amenities.
